The RPOA is an organization made up of local landlords with the mission of helping other local landlords. We meet on a monthly basis and discuss trends in our industry, local developments within the rental market and usually have a guest speaker talk about a specific topic associated to our trade.
We are a non-profit organization made up a Board of Directors consisting of 7 members and a membership of 130 and growing every day. Our members consist of building owners and property managers who own anywhere from 1 unit to 100+ units from the Seacoast, north to the Lakes Region, east into Rockingham County, and west into York County Maine. |
